A 30-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Ran possesses an array of skills and experiences in production and leadership in both the commercial real estate services and commercial development arenas.

Greg Kraus, Invesco Real Estate

Greg has more than 34 years of real estate experience and since joining Invesco, he has served in both portfolio management and acquisition role. He also serves on Invesco’s Investment Committee, North American Executive Committee and Direct Management Committee.

Jim Knight, Stantec

Jim has over 35 years of experience in virtually every aspect of land development, master planning, public infrastructure planning and design. This experience has been and continues to develop, from hands-on design, to managing complete teams, down to the intimate project details.

TREASURER
Robin Offutt, Deloitte.

Robin has more than 12 years of public accounting experience and more than 11 serving real estate clients across several sectors, including office properties, multifamily, retail, industrial, land development, master planned communities, single-family homes and hospitality.

SECRETARY
Tobin Swope, Winstead PC

As a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group, Tobin works across a range of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, developing, leasing, acquisition and disposition of all asset classes.

Christopher M. Hipps, CBRE 

With nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Christopher oversees nearly 100 professionals within CBRE’s institutional business lines to provide comprehensive solutions to clients in the DFW market.

GIVING GALA CHAIR
Paul N. Geyer, PGIM Real Estate Finance

Paul has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. He is currently responsible for overseeing PGIM’s Dallas office and originating a broad range of mortgage products in the Midwest and Southwest regions of the United States.

Shawn Todd

Shawn Todd, Todd Interests

Shawn Todd is the CEO and founder of Dallas-based real estate development and investment firm Todd Interests. Todd Interests targets real estate opportunities on a national level with a specific emphasis on “value-add” properties that are opportunistic in nature.

PUBLIC POLICY CHAIR
Kevin BryantCrow Holdings Capital

Kevin is responsible for Crow Holdings’ legal matters as well as tax planning and structuring. He also chairs its Due Diligence Committee and sits on its Investment Committee.

COMMUNITY FUND CHAIR
Troy Daniel, Thackeray Partners

Troy has been with Thackeray since 2008 and is a member of its Investment Committee. He focuses his efforts primarily on the warehouse sector.

MEMBERSHIP CHAIR
Tom Bakewell, StreetLights Residential

In his 20-plus years in real estate, Tom has been responsible for more than $2 billion in development and acquisitions of multifamily assets. As president of development, he oversees all development activities including feasibility analysis, site selection and asset management.

PROGRAMS CHAIR
Mary Stoner-Yost, Colliers International

In her 28-year career, Mary has represented local, regional, national and international companies in all aspects of their real estate needs. In her current role as executive vice president in Colliers’ Occupier Services Group, she specializes in office tenant representation and has leased several million square feet.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CHAIR
Katy Slade, Gables Residential

In her seven years with Gables, Katy Slade has developed mixed-use properties in Dallas, Austin, Houston, Fort Lauderdale, and San Diego. She currently manages development for Gables’ Dallas investments.

Rick Perdue, Mill Creek Residential Trust, LLC

As managing director of development, he is responsible for sourcing and executing the company’s development activities in DFW. Rick has overseen the development, acquisition, disposition and conversion of several thousand apartment units representing a notional value of over $900 million.

John Riggins, Talley-Riggins Construction Group

John has 18 years of experience in commercial construction. As president of Talley-Riggins Construction Group, he develops lasting relationships with clients and industry partners while managing operational activities for multiple projects.

Nathan is co-founder and managing director of Steeplechase Ventures, LLC, a commercial real estate investment and development company. He began his career with a civil engineering firm before going to work for a development company.

Zach Wszolek, Goldman Sachs

In his seven years with Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Financing Group, Zach has been responsible for originating and underwriting commercial mortgage loans across all property types, as well as commercial mortgage-backed securities offerings.

David Eseke

As a director within the company’s Industrial Tenant Representation Group, David’s role spans evaluating alternative industrial/distribution facilities, negotiating lease documents, conducting financial analyses, securing advantageous financial terms, municipal incentives and concession packages. In the last five years, his transactions total more than six million square feet and are valued at more than $160 million.
