Linda McMahon

Linda knows both commercial real estate and Dallas well. With three decades in banking, including 15 years in community development, her strategic vision is just what the commercial real estate industry needs to drive the TREC’s initiatives. Linda attended the University of Texas at Austin where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Government. When she needs a break, Linda loves to spend time with her family, travel, attempt to play golf as well as explore art, music and dining places.

Carla Brandt

Carla isn’t intimidated by numbers or spreadsheets. She is the perfect person to oversee TREC’s accounting, budgeting, auditing process and reporting. Carla attended the University of North Texas where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Finance. On the weekends, Carla can be found cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, decked out in Cowboy apparel with her four dogs sporting her favorite team’s jerseys right alongside her.

Holland Morris

Holland’s love of learning and longstanding interest in helping others realize their potential in leadership culminate in her role at TREC where she oversees the leadership development activities, including the Associate Leadership Council (ALC), the Leadership Alumni, the Mentorship Program and Executive Leadership Council (ELC). Holland also manages TREC’s educational programs, including Bank of Texas Speaker Series, Market Matters, Grant Thornton Power Hour, C Circle and The TREC Podcast, as well as the organization’s internal approach to culture. She attended Mount Mercy University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English. On the weekends, Holland enjoys plotting her next hiking trip, training for an occasional RunDisney race or scouting out a new favorite brunch spot.

Erica Alisa Barajas

Known as a social butterfly growing up and the daughter of an award-winning architect, Erica’s love for design, creating beautiful spaces, and connecting people to their passions through profound relationships, guided her to the world of philanthropy. A graduate of Emerson College in Boston, with a dual bachelor’s in integrated marketing and publishing, Erica has parlayed her talents into what she calls a “social architect” role motivated by creating meaningful investments. Erica thrives by learning through innovative environments and influential individuals, allowing her to pursue sustainable resource development investments within her newly created position at TREC. Inspired by architecture, fashion, and international cuisine, you can find Erica admiring the progression of the stunning Dallas cityscape or partaking in the exquisite culinary arts scene displayed around our urban landscape.

Kennedy Bower

Kennedy’s lifetime of service to the community began at age 10, when she first volunteered at a homeless shelter. Since then, her passion for service has spread to communities throughout the country. A graduate of the University of Kansas, she’s used her bachelors degree in political science and business to work with mixed-use and multi-family housing communities in Chicago, Kansas City and Dallas, gaining experience in construction with new development and renovation project management along the way. In her free time, you can find her working or on a bike at SoulCycle, watching college football/basketball (Rock Chalk!), or rooting for the Chicago Cubs.

Marcia Ebaugh-Pallán

Being ever interested in meeting new people, fostering new connections, and creating memorable experiences, event management was a natural fit for Marcia. A graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia, with a Bachelor’s in French and Spanish, Marcia gained the bulk of her event experience working in financial institutions and arts organizations in New York City. She has worked for HSBC, Blackstone, Banque Transatlantique, and most recently Park Avenue Armory. Marcia is thrilled to align her event planning experience to the community building efforts of The Real Estate Council. When not planning TREC Foundation fundraising events, she can be found planning her next adventure abroad, exploring Dallas restaurants, and enjoying quality time with family.

Christina Garcia

Without Christina, TREC’s office would be in disarray. Her masterful organizational skills and attention to detail help her manage day-to-day operations and support the President-CEO. Christina attended Arlington Career Institute where she earned a paralegal certification. When she’s not keeping the office running smoothly, Christina is active outdoors. You may find her running a 5k or pitching a tent at a campsite.

Mallory Kenny

A Dallas native, Mallory graduated from California Lutheran University with a degree in marketing communications and political science. While in college, she discovered her passion for working with nonprofit organizations that create positive relationships in the community, advocating for mental health reform and sustainable/organic farming. Upon graduating, she returned to Texas, where she will look to apply her servant’s heart and interpersonal skills to TREC’s membership department. Outside the office, Mallory loves the outdoors – hiking, yoga and running are a few of her favorites! She also loves to host dinner parties and cook for friends!

Kawanise Mims

A graduate of the University of North Texas. She’s had the pleasure to build incredible relationships with community members, corporate representatives, and non-profits across the City of Dallas. Kawanise has a passion for evolving communities, and working alongside donors, and community representatives to make sure residents are proud of their community. Kawanise is also a 2016 graduate of Leadership Southwest, a distinguished program designed for the development of tomorrow’s leaders. She received in-debt exposure to critical issues facing the Southwest sector of Dallas. Outside of work, Kawanise likes to spend time in Florida, watching her favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with family.

Maggie J. Parker

Maggie believes community-orientated real estate development drives economic prosperity. To spur growth in her hometown, she returned to Dallas to manage loans for TREC Community Fund. Maggie attended Washington University in St. Louis where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and attended the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill for her master’s degrees in Public Administration and City & Regional Planning. When she’s not at TREC, Maggie loves dining at ethnic food restaurants and catching a live music or performing arts show.

Cale Peterson

With a background in event coordination, Cale has honed her ability to keep multiple plates spinning at once. Here at TREC those plates include the Associate Leadership Council, our Mentorship Program, Leadership Alumni and, of course, being a resource for TREC members. After graduating from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas (yes, Kansas), she moved to Dallas where she enjoys any excuse to be outside and moving. On the weekends you can find her running at White Rock Lake or taking advantage of the long Texas summers by the pool.

Bill San Antonio

Bill has worn many hats in the communications field in his career, and he’ll undoubtedly wear many others as TREC’s marketing and communications coordinator. A graduate of St. John’s University in New York City, Bill began his career as a newspaper reporter and editor before moving to Texas and diving into the marketing world. A natural storyteller, Bill loves all things sports and entertainment. And before you ask — no, he has not (yet) been to San Antonio.

Amy Stovall

Optimism, thoughtfulness and a pragmatic approach are Amy’s trademarks to building relationships with members. Amy constantly strives to develop and execute innovative strategies to recruit and maintain TREC’s membership. Amy attended Southern Methodist University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs and her master’s of Liberal Studies in Communications. Outside of the office, Amy is described as a gracious host and avid HGTV viewer. Her dream is to battle in the culinary game show, Iron Chef.

Bryan Tony

Driven by a desire to help others, Bryan devoted his career to advocacy after recognizing his privileges and working in various political capacities. Originally from Hurst, Texas, Bryan graduated from Texas Christian University with dual degrees in Political Science and Economics. In his free time, Bryan can be found enjoying Dallas’ food and culture, co-hosting The Honor Role podcast, and deepening his North Texas roots through service.

Nebiat Wodere

Nebiat has a way with numbers and data. His attention to detail guarantees the accuracy of our daily accounting and our data’s integrity. Nebiat attended Oxford Brookes University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting. When he’s not crunching numbers, Nebiat enjoys scoring a goal on the soccer field, lacing up his tennis shoes for a run or planning out his round trip across Europe.

Mekdes Yae

Mekdes has a natural knack for numbers and organizing data. Her left-brain thinking ensures the accuracy of our daily accounting and financial database. She attended the University of Colorado where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting. When she’s not at the office, Mekdes can be found relaxing and recharging on the couch viewing newly released movies, which she can watch in any of the three languages she speaks.
