Reach Your Potential
The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) enables upper-management commercial real estate executives to reach a new level of personal and professional leadership in just five months. Through half-day sessions facilitated by Liz Trocchio, a certified executive business coach, participants complete a StrengthsFinder assessment, identify leadership approaches and goals, define a personal brand and assess emotional intelligence. The indispensable tools gained lay the groundwork for executives to take the next step in their careers.
Commercial real estate professionals with approximately 10 years of industry experience may apply. Applicants must be current TREC members and only one candidate per company may apply. The program fee is $4,500 per member.
