Reach Your Potential
The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) enables upper-management commercial real estate executives to sharpen their leadership skills and reach a new level of personal and professional development. Through a combination of candid roundtable discussions, guest speakers, group assignments and personalized executive coaching, class members will focus on major issues executives in leadership face daily, including visionary thinking, leading in times of change, brand awareness and emotional intelligence.
During this 6-month program facilitated by Liz Trocchio, The Trocchio Advantage, participants will complete a StrengthsFinder assessment, identify leadership approaches and goals and define a personal brand. The indispensable tools gained lay the groundwork for executives to take the next step in their careers.
Commercial real estate professionals with approximately 10 years of industry experience may apply. Applicants must be current TREC members and only one candidate per company may apply. The program fee is $4,500 per member.
