Westlake, where the Circle T Ranch is located, is not the only town expected to benefit from the property’s corporate development. Many of the surrounding cities are preparing for positive economic impact as well.
The nearby Southlake and Roanoke are hoping for a boost in employee and executive-level housing as well as nearby amenities, which include the original Babes’ Chicken Dinner House, Classic Café and more than 50 other restaurants in Roanoke alone.
