What is the Fellowship?
The Fellowship of Executive Leaders a six-month program for upper management commercial real estate executives seeking to sharpen their leadership skills and reach a new level of personal and professional development.
Am I eligible to apply?
You must be a TREC member with approximately 10 years of industry experience to be eligible to apply for the program. Only one candidate per company may apply.
Do I need to have been a member of the Associate Leadership Council to apply?
You do not, though graduates of the Associate Leadership Council and Fellowship of Executive Leaders have the opportunity to continue honing their leadership skills in The Real Estate Council’s Leadership Alumni program.
What will I learn as a Fellowship class member?
Through a combination of round table discussions, guest speakers, group assignments and personalized executive coaching, class members will have the opportunity to reset and focus the big picture of their leadership, both professionally and personally, within a small, close-knit group of industry peers. Participants will also complete the StrengthsFinder assessment, which will be used throughout the program.
Program days have been thoughtfully structured to facilitate candid and meaningful conversations around major issues that executives in leadership positions face daily, including:
- Leadership approach and goals
- Brand awareness
- Emotional intelligence
- Leading during times of change
- Visionary thinking
