The Real Estate Council is excited to introduce our Talent Capital Forum, an initiative to connect the commercial real estate industry’s HR and talent management professionals. We are asking our members to spread the word! Tell your company’s HR and talent management professionals all about TREC and this exclusive opportunity.
Here’s what you need to know to make your pitch:
Who is this for?
HR and talent management professionals
What is the Talent Capital Forum?
A unique initiative that affords participants with special programming and conversations around talent capital trends and employee development and retention, all within the context of commercial real estate.
How will they benefit?
Outside of exclusive networking with fellow talent management professionals, participants will receive invitations to two round table luncheons focused on talent capital, facilitated by industry professionals and a complimentary TREC Advocate level membership that provides access to TREC’s programs and events.
How can they get involved?
Interested professionals can get their feet wet at our kickoff event. Facilitated by Matrice Ellis-Kirk, Managing Director at RSR Partners, our roundtable luncheon on June 7 will provide an interactive and thought-provoking conversation on talent attraction and diversity. To attend, contact Holland Morris.
To take full advantage of TREC’s Talent Capital Forum benefits, participants must submit the Talent Capital Forum membership application. The application does NOT need to be completed to attend the kickoff event. Companies must be current on 2017 member dues to apply.
