A 30-plus-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Ran possesses an array of skills and experiences in production and leadership in both the commercial real estate services and commercial development arenas.

Bill Cawley, Cawley Partners

With more than 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional, Bill has invested approximately $1.5 billion in commercial real estate assets. In 2017, he served on our panel of “sharks” during the inaugural TREC Shark Tank.

Danny Hertel, KPMG

Danny is a partner in KPMG’s Federal Tax practice in Dallas, also serving as the company’s Financial Services Industry Leader for the Dallas Business Unit and participates on the real estate national leadership team. He has more than 30 years of experience serving real estate and hospitality clients.

Michael A. Krywucki, Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr P.C.

Named to D Magazine’s 2015 list of the best lawyers in Dallas, Michael offers a broad base of experience across various disciplines and property types. He served as TREC’s FightNight chair in 2012.

Moody D. Younger, Younger Partners LLC 

Moody serves as co-managing partner for Younger Partners and has spent more than two decades serving clients throughout Texas and the Southwest.

Beth Lambert, Cushman & Wakefield

As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Practice and with over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Beth’s work focuses on originating and structuring institutional debt and private/institutional equity transactions across all property types.

Gerald DunnBenchmark Title

Gerald has been a director with Benchmark Title since 2000. In 2018, he was a member of TREC’s Board of Directors.

Kevin BryantCrow Holdings Capital Partners, L.L.C.

Kevin is responsible for Crow Holdings’ legal matters as well as tax planning and structuring. He also chairs its Due Diligence Committee and sits on its Investment Committee.

Kate CavanaughStewart Title

Having joined Stewart Title in 2007, Kate is responsible for securing new business relationships and assisting her team with marketing efforts and has helped secure numerous multi-million-dollar transactions across the United States. She has held numerous board, committee and volunteer positions throughout The Real Estate Council.

Chad Schieber, The Beck Group

Chad began his career with Beck in 1997 as a project manager and now leads the company’s marketing and sales strategy as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Brant Brown, Westmount Realty Capital, LLC

Brown joined Westmount Realty Capital as its Chief Financial Officer in 2015. He had previously been directly involved with or led the financial analysis and governance for more than $30 billion in institutional real estate and fixed income investments.

Scott Rohrman, 42 Real Estate, LLC

A commercial real estate industry veteran of more than 30 years, Scott is the owner of 42 Real Estate, LLC. He began his career as a broker and was previously partner at two separate commercial real estate development companies.

John Riggins, Talley-Riggins Construction Group

John has 18 years of experience in commercial construction. As president of Talley-Riggins Construction Group, he develops lasting relationships with clients and industry partners while managing operational activities for multiple projects.

Matt Ballard, CBRE

Matt joined CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance office in October 2010 as part of its Dallas Commercial Finance Team, which in the last two years has participated in the origination, structuring and closing of more than $2 billion. He is a member of the ALC Class of 2014.

Mike Geisler,
 Venture Commercial Real Estate, LLC

Mike has more than 30 years of experience as a top commercial real estate broker in North Texas. His firm, Venture Commercial Real Estate, represents more than 100 tenants and over 10 million square feet of retail properties.

Emily Henry,
 Studio Outside

Emily leads Studio Outside’s business development and has been active in Dallas’ design, architecture and real estate communities since 2005. She served TREC as Program Chair of the Associate Leadership Council in 2018.

Allison Johnston, Gaedeke Group LLC

Allison is a leasing agent for Gaedeke Group, responsible for leasing and marketing Gaedeke’s office buildings within the Dallas portfolio. She began her career in the energy industry before transitioning to commercial real estate and was previously a Vice President with JLL’s Agency Leasing Group in Dallas.

Teddy Leatherman, HFF

A real estate analyst with HFF, Teddy previously served TREC’s Young Guns as its Foundation Liaison in 2018. In 2017, she chaired TREC’s annual Casino Night event.
