Linda McMahon

Linda knows both commercial real estate and Dallas well. With three decades in banking, including 15 years in community development, her strategic vision is just what the commercial real estate industry needs to drive the TREC’s initiatives. Linda attended the University of Texas at Austin where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Government. When she needs a break, Linda loves to spend time with her family, travel, attempt to play golf as well as explore art, music and dining places.

Gabrielle Bolling

Gabrielle has over 17 years of non-profit and project management experience.  Her true passion is service first and firmly believes in servant ship is a must in leadership.  A Chicago native and graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management, Gabrielle has lead community development programs for nationally regarded non-profits as well directed National Service programs city-wide. She has also spearheaded multiple community led initiatives within the city of Dallas.  Gabrielle has been able to integrate her corporate management experience with her passion to lead in the nonprofit sector.  Gabrielle enjoys being a mom to her son, exercising and traveling the globe.

Sean Daly

Throughout his career, Sean has been invested in transforming communities by utilizing  relationships within the public and private sectors. He graduated from The University of North Texas and moved to Watts and then West Oakland to live and work with community members. For the last five years, he has worked in many capacities at a year-round conference center. Sean enjoys spending time with his family and learning new things.

Christina Garcia

Without Christina, TREC’s office would be in disarray. Her masterful organizational skills and attention to detail help her manage day-to-day operations and support the President-CEO. Christina attended Arlington Career Institute where she earned a paralegal certification. When she’s not keeping the office running smoothly, Christina is active outdoors. You may find her running a 5k or pitching a tent at a campsite.

Katy Park Henry

A West Texas native and a cotton-farmer’s daughter, Katy comes to TREC by way of vocational ministry, advertising sales and luxury retail. She is a people-savvy, relationship-oriented, problem-solver with an above average EQ and a normal IQ. Katy earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies and advertising / public relations at Texas Christian University and though she lives in (and loves) Dallas, she believes that Fort Worth is the best city in Texas. As TREC’s fundraising manager, she develops and executes the organization’s fundraising strategies, actively engages with donors, and keeps the mission of cultivating relationships to catalyze community investment as top priority. In her time off, you can find her on a patio with her family and friends, playing tennis, or watching a true-crime documentary.

Maria Loza

Maria currently attends The University of Texas at Arlington and will graduate in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. As an administrative assistant, she assists everyone in the office ready to tackle any task. She has truly found a home at TREC and hopes to thrive and continue to gain experience. A few of the things that Maria enjoys are reading books, activities outdoors, swimming, discovering hidden gems, and yoga.

Summer Loveland

Summer comes to TREC with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience, including 15 years in public accounting at KPMG. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and Southern Methodist University with an MBA, Summer is also a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Texas (active) and California (inactive). At TREC, Summer oversees the finance and accounting functions, as well as human resources. In her free time, Summer enjoys spending time outdoors, hitting the beach or slopes with her family and running at White Rock Lake.

Kawanise Mims

A graduate of the University of North Texas. Kawanise has had the pleasure of building incredible relationships with community members, corporate representatives, and non-profits across the City of Dallas. Kawanise has a passion for evolving communities, and working alongside donors, and community representatives to make sure residents are proud of their community. She is also a 2016 graduate of Leadership Southwest, a distinguished program designed for the development of tomorrow’s leaders. She received in-debt exposure to critical issues facing the Southwest sector of Dallas. With TREC, Kawanise leads the organization’s real estate educational programs (including Real Estate 101, Real Estate Bootcamp, and Community-oriented Real Estate (CRE) Accelerator). Outside of work, Kawanise likes to spend time in Florida, watch her favorite sports teams, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Felicia Pierson

As Senior Director of Community Investment, Felicia brings her passion and commitment to delivering capital and technical assistance to underserved communities in North Texas. Following a career in corporate banking in New York, Felicia has utilized her skills and talents to support community and economic development initiatives in low and moderate-income communities in California and Texas. She holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. When not working, you can find Felicia reading or out exploring the world and documenting her experiences with a camera.

Erin Pittman

As a Mississippi native and new Dallas resident, Erin joins the TREC team as Membership Engagement Coordinator. After graduating from The University of Southern Mississippi, she took the marketing agency route in her career. Ultimately, Erin found her passion for building relationships and member engagement. The responsibilities of her role include planning and facilitating networking events for TREC’s Young Guns, managing the TREC Job Board, and assisting with member outreach and communication. Outside of the office, Erin enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Travis Reynolds

Travis joins the TREC team as Manager of Public Policy and Programs, where he leads our local and state policy efforts and ensures we deliver high-quality and impactful educational programs to our members. A Texas Tech University graduate, Travis brings nearly a decade of political and public policy experience to TREC. When not working on behalf of our members, he can most likely be found working on his golf game or spending time with his wife, Liz, and their baby boy, Wyatt.

Bill San Antonio

Bill has worn many hats in the communications field in his career, and he wears many more as TREC’s marketing and communications manager. A graduate of St. John’s University in New York City, Bill began his career as a newspaper reporter and editor before moving to Texas and diving into the marketing world. With TREC, Bill oversees our email communications strategy, website maintenance, content (including blogs, event photography, and TREC’s official podcast), and social media planning. Outside the office, Bill loves all things sports and entertainment, and has FINALLY made his long-awaited visit to San Antonio.

Amy Stovall

Optimism, thoughtfulness and a pragmatic approach are Amy’s trademarks to building relationships with members. Amy constantly strives to develop and execute innovative strategies to recruit and maintain TREC’s membership. Amy attended Southern Methodist University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs and her master’s of Liberal Studies in Communications. Outside of the office, Amy is described as a gracious host and avid HGTV viewer. Her dream is to battle in the culinary game show, Iron Chef.

Kristin Urías

Throughout her experience serving on the volunteer, staff, and board side of the nonprofit realm, Kristin developed a passion for cultivating and building relationship bridges. Her background in membership and volunteer engagement, community development, and event coordination informs her role as the Membership & Communications Coordinator at TREC. Kristin’s goal is to engage TREC members in meaningful experiences throughout the organization and keep them informed of all the opportunities open to them. Kristin graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology & Spanish. When not at work, you can find Kristin dancing her cares away or planning and embarking on new outdoor adventures with her husband locally and internationally.

Celesstia Valdez

As a North Texas native, Celesstia has spent much of her professional career in the nonprofit world, working to help underserved communities across Dallas and the surrounding area. Celesstia is continuing that work as TREC’s PRO Neighborhoods Coordinator. In that role, she manages the Dallas Collaborative for Equitable Development (DCED), a multi-year community investment effort in three Dallas neighborhoods. Celesstia attended Southern Methodist University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish. In her free time, Celesstia enjoys staying active, traveling (especially to scuba diving destinations), and listening to podcasts with her miniature schnauzers, Mac and Charlie.

Nebiat Wodere

Nebiat has a way with numbers and data. His attention to detail guarantees the accuracy of our daily accounting and our data’s integrity. Nebiat attended Oxford Brookes University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and the University of London, where he earned his master’s degree. When he’s not crunching numbers, Nebiat enjoys scoring a goal on the soccer field, lacing up his tennis shoes for a run or planning out his round trip across Europe.

Mekdes Yae

Mekdes has a natural knack for numbers and organizing data. Her left-brain thinking ensures the accuracy of our daily accounting and financial database. She attended the University of Colorado where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting. When she’s not at the office, Mekdes can be found relaxing and recharging on the couch viewing newly released movies, which she can watch in any of the three languages she speaks.
