Real Estate 101 Bootcamps

The Real Estate Council (TREC) Community Fund’s Real Estate 101 Bootcamps are a hands-on, four-part course introducing participants to the real estate development process and equipping them to bring projects to life while building their professional networks of real estate and community development professionals. From determining market feasibility to projecting cash flows and securing financing, participants will have the unique and invaluable experience of learning directly from the development professionals that make up The Real Estate Council’s membership.

This course occurs in March and April. Participants must commit to attending each session:

Saturday, March 2: Introduction to the Development Process
Saturday, March 23: Market and Site Feasibility
Saturday, April 6: Financial Feasibility
Saturday, April 13: Financing and Project Success

Applications are due Monday, February 11
