    This is an exclusive Leadership Alumni sneak peek of the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District.

    This luxury hotel is slated to open in April 2023 and will provide guests with resort-style amenities, including a rooftop pool deck & bar, lobby bar, market, 3-meal restaurant, club lounge, grand ballroom and a variety of meeting spaces. The hotel will be situated in the heart of downtown Dallas, in the renowned Dallas Arts District. This location will provide visitors with a scenic view and accessibility to the city’s greatest attractions, restaurants and entertainment venues.

    Parking: Validated parking is available for 2.5 hours in Harwood Garage.

    Cost: $60 per participant

    Please note: This event is open only to Leadership Alumni (graduates of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council and Executive Leadership Program).

      Join us for one of the largest gatherings of Associate Leadership Council (ALC) alumni in TREC history and battle it out in the first ever Leadership Alumni trivia night! The "Clash of the Classes: Battle for the Best Class Ever" will feature eight rounds of trivia testing your knowledge of the Dallas real estate industry while having a blast with your classmates. ALC class teams will compete for the status of "Best Class Ever" - a hotly contested title among the classes.

      So far, eight classes have registered. Spread the word with your fellow classmates and show up in force!
