Join us for tours of two recently completed Young Guns Community Investment Projects: the newly renovated the Grace at Holmes apartment complex and the WeCreation Innovation Center, each done as part of Dallas Catalyst Project partnerships with St. Philip's School and Community Center.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at the Grace at Holmes, located at 3006 Holmes Street. A shuttle service will be available for guests who plan to also attend the WeCreation Innovation Center (3016 Colonial Avenue) tour, which is optional. Light refreshments will be served at the WeCreation Innovation Center. Each tour is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.
TREC's Young Guns completed each project with proceeds from the young professionals group's annual fundraising event. Renovations to the Grace at Holmes will provide affordable housing to 14 families within the Forest District, while the WeCreation Innovation Center serves as a critical meeting place and community hub for St. Philip's students and community leaders to solve their most complex issues through collaboration and human-centric design.
