Dallas Collaborative for Equitable Development
In 2019, The Real Estate Council Community Fund received a $6 million investment from JPMorgan Chase as part of their Partnerships for Raising Opportunity in Neighborhoods (PRO Neighborhoods) initiative. In response, TREC Community Fund formed the DCED, a collaborative partnership with the Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD), LiftFund and the Texas Mezzanine Fund to work to address housing, job and wealth creation, community ownership, and leadership development in three Dallas neighborhoods.
