FightNight 2021 Frequently Asked Questions

On Thursday, September 30, FightNight makes its comeback at the Hilton Anatole for an evening of boxing, networking, and philanthropy in support of TREC Community Investors!

I can’t wait! But I have questions!

We thought you might. What’s on your mind?

What time does the event start and what time should I arrive?

Our VIP reception begins at 6:00 p.m., while the general cocktail reception begins at 7:00 p.m. Each event will take place in the Chantilly Foyer. Dinner will be served in the Chantilly Ballroom at 8:00 p.m. The fights will begin — and the casino will open — at 9:30 p.m.

Where should I park? Is valet parking available?

All guests will receive a valet pass. Valet parking, sponsored by Winstead PC, will be located at the Chantilly Entrance. Self-parking is also available in Lot 2 (here is a parking map). However, we recommend you use a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft to spare yourself the time and gas.

What should I wear to the event?

We are celebrating FightNight with a formal, black-tie dress code. For men, this generally consists of a tuxedo with a bow tie, white shirt, and patent leather shoes. Women typically wear full-length evening or ball gowns and heels.

Do I need to wear a mask?

The Hilton Anatole requests that all guests wear masks per the current Dallas County order. All Hilton Anatole team members are required to wear masks. We respectfully request that FightNight guests abide by the Anatole’s most current policy.

Do I need to bring my tickets?

Guests must present a ticket upon arrival. Security measures will prevent the entry of non-ticketed persons. If a guest does not have a ticket, he/she will be directed to Will Call for assistance. Please note: Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Where will I be seated?

All seating in the ballroom is reserved and assigned with table number assignments indicated on each ticket. There will be greeters and hostesses to help you and your guests find your table. Dinner will begin at 8 p.m.

You mentioned a casino. How does that work?

Casino games, sponsored by Ryan, will open at 9:30 p.m. in the Wedgewood Ballroom and run until 11:30 p.m. Each guest will receive a playing chip for use in Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps. Additional chips will be available for purchase and winnings may be cashed for raffle entries.

Can I still enter the raffle if I don’t gamble?

Sponsored by Rosewood Property Company, raffle tickets are available for $25 and are sold by current Associate Leadership Council class members. ALC tickets will be sold through Monday, September 27. Additional raffle tickets will be sold during the pre-event cocktail reception.

Can I bet on the fights?

Bets on the boxing bouts may be placed in increments of $10 and will be available throughout the evening. You may exchange your winnings for raffle tickets, which will be entered in the Betting Raffle, sponsored by NexBank.

I didn’t get my tickets in time. Can I still attend FightNight?

The event is all sold out, but if you are still interested in attending, please contact Kristin Urias with the number of tickets you would like and we will contact you if your desired number of seats opens up.
