TREC Community Investors Volunteer Opportunities
TREC Community Investors is
seeking volunteers to fill its Research & Development and Grants
committees and assist with the ongoing Real Estate Bootcamp. Bootcamp
volunteers are needed for this Saturday's "Financial
Feasibility" program (8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) to help participants
through a pro-forma/development financial model that can be adapted for
retail, multifamily, or mixed-use projects.

Help Golden S.E.E.D.S. Beautify The Bottom
Our Dallas Collaborative
for Equitable Development partner Golden S.E.E.D.S. Foundation is
seeking volunteers to help plant trees in The Bottom on Saturday, May
21 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. as part of its Neighborhood Beautification and
Safety Project.
Volunteers are encouraged to bring masks and gloves if you have them.
