Texas Elections: Vote YES on Prop A

Early voting in this year’s election begins on Monday, October 24 and TREC Political Action Committee (PAC) is currently interviewing candidates to decide who to endorse. Be sure to vote YES on Prop A to support the revitalization of Fair Park and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.

Prop A would add a dedicated “tourist tax” to fund $1.5 billion in improvements and extensive renovations. While Dallas residents would reap the benefits of modernizing these venues, the proposal would not require an increase in property or sales taxes.
