Volunteer
at Real Estate Bootcamp
We are looking for volunteers for Real Estate
Bootcamp, a hands-on training course to educate participants on the
development process and connect them with industry professionals. We
are seeking assistance for the following program days:
Financial
Feasibility (Saturday, April 22)
Volunteers will support development teams with one-on-one coaching
through the Financial Feasibility presentation days to walk through a
pro-forma/development financial model that can be adapted for retail,
multifamily, or mixed-use.
Market
Feasibility (April 29)
Volunteers will support development teams with small group feedback
on the Market Feasibility presentation day, discussing defining the
market area for analyzing demand, research comps, project
supply/demand, etc.
