Pre-applications for the Associate Leadership
Council (ALC) Class of 2024 open tomorrow! ALC is a ten-month program
for commercial real estate professionals aged 30 - 40. It is one of
the premier leadership development courses in Dallas, with class
members receiving personalized executive training, learning from
industry legends, and more.
The pre-application is due by November 30 and is required to move
forward in the application process.
Register for Young Guns Forum: Dallas Arts
District
Join us on November 14 for Young Guns
Forum! Network with your peers and hear from a panel of experts on
the evolution of the Dallas Arts District. Speakers include Don
Braun (President of HALL Group), Billy Prewitt (Chief Investment
Officer of Pacific Elm Properties), and Lily Weiss (Executive
Director of Dallas Arts District).
Our final About Town of the year will be on
November 29 at Santander Tower. Located in the heart of downtown
Dallas’ historic main street district, the tower is in the process of
renovations to become a multi-use building. The redevelopment plans
will bring 228 luxury apartments to the building.
Space is extremely limited. Register soon if you are

You have the opportunity to help
influence Texas’ long-term economic prospects by voting on 14
constitutional amendments put forward by state lawmakers. Early
voting is happening through this Friday, November 3, or vote on
Election Day, November 7. You can learn more about each of the
propositions on the ballot here, and you can view voting locations and times at your county elections office’s website.
Vote for the New DCP Neighborhood Next Week
Join us next Tuesday, November 7, to meet the
three finalists for the Dallas Catalyst Project 2.0 (DCP 2.0). We
will hear about each of their neighborhoods, and TREC members will
vote to decide who will partner with TREC Community Investors for the
next DCP. You must attend in-person to vote!
