Mill City Chosen as the Next DCP Neighborhood

On Dec. 8, TREC Community Investors announced that Mill City will be the new Dallas Catalyst Project (DCP) neighborhood. We will be partnering with Mill City Community Association, Builders of Hope Community Development Corporation, and Urban Specialists. They will receive a three-year, $1 million neighborhood revitalization investment.
