Armonia
Apartments Celebrates Ribbon Cutting in West Dallas
On
April 9, TREC Community Investors joined partners and community
leaders to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the Armonia Apartments, a
new affordable housing development serving West Dallas, developed by Dallas City Homes.
The project began with a $275,000 land acquisition investment
from TREC
Community Investors (TREC CI) in 2017 and was
later supported through an additional investment from the Dallas
Housing Opportunity Fund (DHOF) which TREC CI is a
partner. The Armonia includes 15 units, with 11 reserved for
households earning 80% to 120% of area median incoming, delivering
long-term stability and impact for the community.
