89th Texas Legislative Session Interest Survey

The 89th Texas Legislative Session is Jan. 14 – June 2, 2025. We are looking to learn more about TREC members’ interest in this session and gauging whether members would like to be involved in our public policy efforts.

We will be taking a group down to Austin on Feb. 25-26 to meet with legislative delegates in partnership with the Real Estate Councils of Texas (RECsTX).
