Corporate Memberships
Founder: $11,225 Investment
- Fifteen (15) Investor level memberships to be used by designated employees. These members will receive all benefits associated with the Investor membership.

Individual Memberships
Investor: $600 Investment
Professional membership which provides full access to and member pricing for most TREC networks, events, and programs. Complimentary tickets available to the Speaker Series events offered three times during the year. Investor members may also attend monthly Industry Insights events.
Advocate: $300 Investment
Professional membership which provides access to and member pricing for most TREC networks, events, and programs.
Young Guns: $225 Investment
Membership created for young professionals (21-35 years old) to build networks, develop leadership skills, and make a positive impact in the community.
Specialty Memberships

The Real Estate Council is a 501 (c)(6) nonprofit corporation. Tax ID #75-2342376
The Real Estate Council dues are partially deductible as a business expense. The Revenue Reconciliation Act of 1993 contains statutory provisions denying the business expense tax deduction for lobbying expenses for certain organizations. The non-deductible portion of The Real Estate Council dues is consistent with IRS regulations.
