TREC Political Action Committee (PAC)
A stronger commercial real estate industry, a stronger Dallas
TREC Political Action Committee (PAC) supports candidates and advocacy efforts that promote balanced, pro-growth policy at the local and state levels. Through bipartisan engagement and strategic advocacy, TREC PAC ensures that the voices of our members shape the decisions that drive economic development across North Texas.
If you have questions about TREC Political Action Committee, please contact us.
Since 1995, TREC PAC has contributed over $900,000 to candidates for Dallas City Council, DISD, Dallas College, and the Texas Legislature, weighing in on more than 500 races across North Texas.
“I contribute to TREC PAC because the policies being shaped by City Hall and the Texas Legislature directly impact my team’s livelihood. From permitting delays to development costs, every decision affects our ability to build and do business. Supporting TREC PAC is how I help ensure our industry has a voice at the table.”
Why Invest in TREC PAC?
Protect Your Livelihood: Support candidates who will advance pro-housing, pro-growth, and pro-infrastructure policy.
Well-Meaning Policies Can Have Negative Consequences: From parking mandates to third-party reviews, even “good intentions” can stall growth, drive up costs, or limit investment. Your investment in TREC PAC helps build relationships and maintain and open door to educate policymakers.
Enjoy Exclusive Investor Experiences: Gain access to private candidate receptions, policy brieings, and endorsement interviews; attend RECsTX Lobby Day in Austin; and, at the Trustee level, help shape political strategy on the TREC PAC Board of Directors.
