TREC Political Action Committee (PAC)
Your Dollars at Work
The Real Estate Council Political Action Committee (PAC) supports candidates and funds advocacy efforts, policy campaigns, and programs supporting TREC’s public policy priorities. Governed by a board of directors and utilizing funds from PAC membership fees and contributions, TREC PAC strives to be faithful stewards of your dollars. Contributions must be from personal funds payable to The Real Estate Council PAC and are not tax deductible.

TREC Attends RECsTX Lobby Day
In early February, Members of TREC PAC and the Public Policy Committee met with elected officials in Austin to advocate on behalf of the commercial real estate industry just as the 88th Texas Legislature began.
Recapping the 88th Texas Legislature
TREC’s advocacy efforts, combined with our peers within Real Estate Councils of Texas (RECsTX) and other partners throughout the state, helped deliver some big wins for the commercial real estate industry during the session.
