The Deal: From Acquisition to Disposition

The Deal is a five-part educational program that details the full scope of a commercial real estate transaction. Designed specifically for commercial real estate professionals, the course explores concepts like site selection, sourcing and structuring capital, development, day-to-day operations, and the acquisition and disposition of a property.

The Deal is worth up to 10 hours of Continuing Education credit through the Texas Real Estate Commission as course #48003.
