Patrick Dumont

President and COO, Las Vegas Sands

Bio

Patrick Dumont is the president and chief operating officer of Las Vega Sands, the world’s leading owner and operator of destination resort properties.  After serving in a variety of positions since joining Las Vegas Sands in June 2010, Patrick has served as president and COO since January 2021. He is also a member of the company’s board of directors.

Throughout his tenure, Patrick has been instrumental in successfully leading key financial and business initiatives for the company. With more than 25 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy and management, he has a proven track record in designing and executing financial and business strategies that maximize company performance, empower employees and provide support to the local community.

Patrick became the Dallas Mavericks governor and representative to the NBA Board of Governors on Dec. 27, 2023, after the Adelson-Dumont family purchased the majority controlling interest in the franchise from Mark Cuban. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Dumont hails from Brooklyn, New York, and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada

Bio

Todd Platt is Chief Executive Officer serving all of Hillwood’s industrial, residential, and investment businesses in locations outside of AllianceTexas.

Hillwood has developed and acquired more than 282.3M SF in various markets in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland. Additionally, Hillwood owns and controls land around the U.S. and Europe for the development of over 140.2M SF of industrial buildings. Today, Hillwood is active in the U.S., Canada, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Todd entered the industrial real estate business in the Dallas/Fort Worth market in 1981. An active member of the local real estate community, he served as president of the North Texas Chapter of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association in 2007. Since joining Hillwood in 1999, Todd has been involved in sale/lease and development transactions valued over $40 billion.

Todd is active in the Dallas community and currently serves on the advisory board of the Center for BrainHealth and the Military Services Advisory Committee for the George W. Bush Presidential Center. He previously served on the building committees for the Dallas Holocaust Museum and The Legacy Senior Communities and is an active supporter of numerous military causes.

Todd attended the University of Missouri, where he studied real estate and general studies.
