  • Young Guns About Town: East Quarter Penthouse Collection
    4:30 pm-6:30 pm
    03/01/2023
315 S Cesar Chavez Blvd, Dallas, TX 75201

Join us for a Young Guns About Town tour of the East Quarter Penthouse Collection!

East Quarter is a 30-property, 8-block, neighborhood fully-owned and developed by Todd Interests and its joint venture partner, JP Morgan Asset Management. Captivated by history and transcendent architecture, East Quarter, now a formal district of Downtown Dallas, consists of historic brick, stone, and timber automobile showrooms that Todd Interests restored and converted into a thriving destination neighborhood filled with top tech companies and diverse office tenants, best-in-class restaurants, and luxury apartments. The thoughtfully assembled and restored master-planned district of East Quarter boasts walkable, active streetscapes and a vibrant atmosphere that is unmatched within Dallas. As a result, East Quarter’s synergistic environment is home to Dallas’ top recent tech tenants, including Dialexa (owned by IBM), and Therabody, as well as bustling entertainment scenes and some of Dallas’ most buzzed-about homegrown restaurants with new transplants such as a concept from a two-time Michelin-star chef.

Parking: Parking is available inside East Quarter Residences tower, with entrances off of Cesar Chavez and Pearl Street with ground-floor parking and one-floor, sub-grade parking space.

Happy hour at National Anthem to follow tour.

Please Note: This event is open to members with an active Young Guns membership. If you would like to register, but do not have an active membership, please contact Jennifer Schmiel.

TREC Community Investors is excited to announce the launch of Dallas Catalyst Project (DCP) 2.0. DCP was introduced in 2018 as a place-based neighborhood revitalization initiative led by TREC Community Investors and three nonprofit partners. Over three years, TREC Community Investors has connected members with opportunities to serve as project managers for three community organizations and provide pro bono professional services, technical assistance and fundraising support. After the success of the inaugural DCP neighborhood revitalization initiative in the Forest District, we will select a new community for our place-based initiatives later this year. You can learn more about DCP here.

Please join us for an information session for TREC members to learn more about the launch of DCP 2.0, including the timeline and how you can get involved with this member-led initiative. We are actively seeking members to volunteer for various roles on the DCP 2.0 Core Committee, Research & Development Committee, financial team and more.
