Bio

Audrey Henvey is the latest addition to D CEO’s editorial team. As Associate Editor, she writes and edits feature stories and reports on the region’s thriving commercial real estate scene.

Previously, Henvey served as news editor for Star Local Media focusing on the high-growth markets of Frisco, Prosper, and Celina. Prior to that she served as a reporter, covering those cities as well as McKinney. She first joined Star Local Media in 2017 as a summer intern.

She earned a degree in journalism and French from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she was a producer and back-up news anchor for UTA Radio News and reported for The Shorthorn, the school’s newspaper.

He is the four-time recipient of the D CEO Power Broker award — most recently in 2024 — which recognizes the most successful commercial real estate dealmakers in DFW.

As Global Head of Innovation at Cherre, Shtofman oversees enterprise relationships with the company’s data, application, and channel partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Prior to joining Cherre, Shtofman’s 20-year career includes positions at Deloitte, EY, and Morgan Stanley.

Shtofman is recognized as one of the leading commercial real estate tech executives in the industry and a noted Proptech speaker, author, and blogger. He has spoken at conferences around the world on next generation real estate technologies like data analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and blockchain.

He holds a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University, and an Executive Certificate in Machine Learning.

As Partner & Global Head of Innovation, Strategic Partnerships and Marketing, Unnikrishnan is responsible for growing the business for 5Q’s four Service Lines and leads Employee Engagement initiatives. For the past 25 years, she has focused her career on delivering outstanding measurable outcomes and providing real solutions to very complex problems for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to 5Q, she led multiple strategic initiatives as part of the global digital and technology governance organization for the largest commercial real estate services company in the world. She is a cultural transformation catalyst with years of experience leading change and delivering large and complex technology, process and people initiatives across multiple industries. She currently holds a patent in technology for third-party payment account services. She is very involved in the CRE community as board advisor to CRE DEI group, Operations Committee chair at CREW Dallas, board member of Staks + Joules nonprofit, and is a Dallas Business Journal Women in Technology award winner.
