Brant Bernet joined CBRE in 2012 as a Senior Vice President in the Brokerage Services group and leads the Data Center Solutions team in North Texas. Mr. Bernet brings over 34 years of diversified real estate experience to CBRE.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Bernet was a Principal with Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Dallas, where he was instrumental in developing tenant representation and data center site selection best practices and was a consistent top producer. He left TCC in 2006 to start Rackhouse Group, a tenant-based real estate brokerage company focused on national data center site selection and consulting. During the past 28 years, Mr. Bernet has been responsible for many of the most significant data center/critical facility expansions in the country.

Anthony Bolner oversees business development and leasing across Fortune 500 enterprise accounts, and is instrumental in guiding the company’s collaborative ecosystem of partnerships, which include brokerage relationships, alliance partners and Stream’s growing channel program.

Bringing more than two and a half decades of technical real estate expertise to the team, Mr. Bolner delivers data center and commercial real estate insight to ensure Stream excels at meeting customers’ evolving needs with tailored mission-critical solutions.

Over the years, Mr. Bolner has served as an expert panelist and guest speaker for a number of professional data center organizations, including datacenterHawk, Data Center Dynamics, in addition to multiple AFCOM events and panels.

Prior to joining Stream Data Centers in 2007, Mr. Bolner was a founding member of the data center solutions group at CBRE, where he specialized in delivering data center services to technical real estate owners and users.

Mr. Bolner holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate Valuation from Texas A&M University.

Bryan Loewen is a 28-year veteran of the data center industry and a Managing Partner of two discretionary data center real estate funds. The investment thesis focuses on value-add opportunities, specifically multi-tenant colocation and carrier hotel data centers. His current assets under management (AUM) are valued at $1.1 billion.

David Liggitt is the Founder and CEO of datacenterHawk. He has been active in the data center industry since 2007. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Liggitt managed data center transactions for Fortune 500 companies with a global commercial real estate company. He is passionate about helping industry professionals make well-informed decisions.

Mr. Liggitt earned his Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and currently lives in Dallas with his wife and two boys.
