DALLAS, Texas – The Real Estate Council (TREC) announces its 2022 Executive Committee and Board of Directors who represent the best-in-class in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate industry. These members provide the expertise and leadership that support the growth of TREC, the Dallas real estate industry and the development of the area’s most underserved communities.
Kim Butler, executive vice president of the HALL Group, is serving as chairman of the TREC Board of Directors and succeeds past chairman Mike Ablon, multidisciplinary developer, investor and founding partner of PegasusAblon. Trey Morsbach, executive managing director and Dallas office co-head of JLL, is chair-elect and TREC Community Investors board chair. Keenan Kolendo, partner and real estate practice group co-chair of Haynes and Boone, LLP, is serving as secretary and Dustin Schultz, audit and assurance partner of Deloitte, is treasurer. Additionally, Mattye Jones, director of Coats Rose, P.C., is serving as the TREC Political Action Committee board chair.
