On Thursday, September 19, FightNight returns to the Hilton Anatole for an evening of boxing, networking, and philanthropy in support of TREC Community Investors!
Please refer to our FightNight Frequently Asked Questions below or contact us 214-692-3600 with any additional questions. Your table host may also be able to answer questions you have about the event.
We can’t wait to see you at FightNight!
Are you adding anything new to FightNight this year?
We are! FightNight guests will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction for some incredible prize packages. Bids may be placed through the OneCause platform, which is accessible through your digital FightNight ticket. The auction will open on Monday, September 9, and run through Monday, September 23, at 5:30 p.m. Please contact your table host with questions about your ticket.
How do tickets work this year? What if I'm having trouble with my ticket?
Guests must present a QR code ticket upon arrival (you may screenshot your ticket or save your ticket to your Google or Apple Wallet to present QR code) that will be sent via email before the event. Security measures will prevent the entry of non-ticketed persons. If a guest does not have a QR code ticket, he/she will be directed to Will Call for assistance.
If you are having trouble accessing your QR code, tell a volunteer at check-in your name and they will be able to check you in.
If you have not received your ticket, contact your Table Host.
Please note: Tickets will not be sold at the door.
What time does the event start and when should I arrive?
Our VIP reception for underwriting sponsors begins at 6:00 p.m., while our main cocktail reception, open to all table purchasers, begins at 7:00 p.m. Each event will take place in the Chantilly Foyer. Dinner will be served in the Chantilly Ballroom at 8:00 p.m. The fights will begin – and the casino will open – at 9:30 p.m.
Where should I park? Is valet parking available?
All guests should have received a digital parking pass from their table host. Valet parking, sponsored by Rex Real Estate, will be located at the Chantilly Entrance. Self-parking is also available in Lot 2 (here is a parking map).
Rideshare is strongly encouraged!
Arrive with our official ride partner Alto and save $10 on two rides with code TREC24. Experience the Alto difference with professional employee drivers and spacious SUVs.
To redeem: Download or open the Alto app and add code TREC24 under Promotions in the Profile tab. Offer valid September 19, 2024.
What should I wear to FightNight?
We are celebrating FightNight with a formal, black-tie dress code. For men, this generally consists of a tuxedo with a bow tie, white shirt, and patent leather shoes. Women typically wear full-length evening or ball gowns and heels.
Where is my seat?
All seating in the ballroom is reserved and assigned with table number assignments indicated to your company table host. There will be greeters and hostesses to help you and your guests find your table as well as seating chart signs posted in the ballroom. Dinner will begin at 8:00 p.m.
How does the casino work?
Casino games will begin at 9:30 p.m. in the Chantilly Foyer and run until approximately 11:15 p.m. Each guest will receive one playing chip for use in blackjack, roulette, and craps. Additional chips will be available for purchase and winnings may be cashed for raffle entries.
Please note: FightNight is a cashless event.
Can I bet on the fights?
Yes. Sponsored by NexBank, bets on the boxing bouts may be placed in increments of $15 and will be available throughout the evening. You may exchange your winnings for raffle tickets, which will be entered in the Betting Raffle.
Please note: Cash bets will not be accepted. FightNight is a cashless event. Guests can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Apple Pay.
Bets can be made for the boxer in the blue corner and/or red corner, and whether that fight will end in a knockout.
Winning bets will be filtered and transferred to the betting raffle ticket entry list. The number of entries earned is based on the odds displayed on each betting option.
Raffle prize winners will be selected by a computer a week after the event and notified by TREC staff.
Can I still enter the raffle if I don't gamble?
We will have three raffles taking place during FightNight. You may purchase tickets from Associate Leadership Council class members online for prizes that will be announced in the ring during the event. Additionally, winnings from our casino and boxing bets will be converted to raffle tickets. Special thanks to Rosewood Property Company for sponsoring this year’s raffle.
Please note: FightNight is a cashless event.
I didn't get tickets in time. Can I still attend FightNight?
We are not selling individual tickets to FightNight, but if you are still interested in attending, please contact Shaina Thomas about purchasing a table.
