We had a sold-out, standing room only showing at yesterday’s Young Guns Forum on Changes in Victory Park!
Following a happy hour reception on the fifth floor of One Victory Park, our panel of Hillwood Urban’s Bill Brokaw, StreetLights Residential’s Greg Coutant, Cushman & Wakefield’s Doug Jones, and Clarion Partners’ Spence Sowa discussed the neighborhood’s evolution in the aftermath of the financial crisis of the late 2000s.
In the last decade, Victory Park has seen a rise in residential and mixed-use developments as well as restaurants, entertainment venues, and other amenities that have made the neighborhood surrounding American Airlines Center more pedestrian friendly.
The 19-story, 436,295 square-foot One Victory Park is located on Victory Avenue between Lamar Street and High Market Street. Tenants include Haynes & Boone, EY, PlainsCapital Bank, and HFF, among others. It opened in 2008.
We’d like to thank our panelists for their time and sponsors for helping make this year’s Forum possible:
