Young Guns are invited to join us for a tour of Santander Tower (formerly the Thanksgiving Tower). The tower is in the process of renovations to become a multi-use building. The redevelopment plans will bring 228 luxury apartments to the building.
Santander Tower is located in the heart of downtown Dallas’ historic main street district. This iconic 50-story office tower has dramatic views of Uptown, Downtown, the Trinity River, and East Dallas. Situated in one of the most walkable locations in the metroplex, the building is just steps away from dozens of Dallas’ best restaurants, hotels and retail, and more than 15,000 downtown residents. One of the city’s only vertical mixed-use office buildings, the experience is unrivaled, with more on-site dining options than any office building in downtown Dallas, a boutique hotel, luxury apartments, and a private dining club.
Following the tour, we will reconvene for a happy hour at Parterre Dallas.
This event is $25 and is available exclusively to TREC's Young Guns.
Parking: Attendees may park in the building garage and will have their tickets validated.

Located at the corner of Knox Street and Travis Street, the Knox Street development is currently under construction and expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
The Knox Street development will feature three towers across more than 1 million square feet, including:
- A 140-key, five-star Auberge Resorts Collection hotel called The Knox
- 48 luxury Auberge Resorts Collection-branded condominiums called The Knox Residences
- 101,000 square feet of high-street retail
- 186 luxury multifamily units
- 149,000 square feet of boutique office space, which has been 100 percent preleased
Woods Bagot designed the hotel, condo, and retail aspects of the project, while KPF designed the office building. OBJ Landscape Architecture designed the landscaping, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio designed hotel interiors, and Chad Dorsey Design Studio designed the condo interiors. The architect of record for the project is HKS Architects, while Balfour Beatty and Andres Construction have collaborated as the general contractor.
Happy hour will follow the tour. The location will be sent to attendees in a “Know Before You Go” email prior to the event. The first drink is on TREC!
This event is open to TREC members with an active Young Guns membership. Space is very limited. Tickets are $30.

Please note: This event is a hard hat tour, so please wear closed-toed shoes and dress appropriately for a construction site. Safety is a priority, and proper footwear and attire are required for participation.
