    Our premier Young Guns spring networking event returns for 2025! Join us for a night at the Moulin Rouge, complete with casino-style gaming, music, and raffles benefiting the 2025 Young Guns Community Investors Project. We will have complimentary food and beverages throughout the night.

    Dress code: Black tie preferred, black tie-optional.

    Tickets are $105 for TREC members and $125 for non-members.

      Young Guns are invited to join us on our next About Town, where we will be touring CBRE's new global headquarters at 2121 N Pearl, also known as Park District. This dual-tower, mixed-use project was developed by Trammell Crow Company in 2018. The office encompasses approximately 63,000 square feet and its design focuses on efficiency, purpose, and transparency. Overlooking Klyde Warren Park, the office space seeks to blur the lines between the inside and outside - creating a sanctuary for work. Both Park District and the CBRE tenant space are designated LEED Gold Certification. 

      This event is $25 and is exclusively for Young Guns with an active 2025 TREC membership.

      Space is limited.
