Join us for a Young Guns About Town on May 23 at Maple Terrace. Hines is transforming this 1925 architectural gem, Dallas’ first luxury high-rise residence, into the city’s destination for boutique office space, modern living, and fine dining. The 3.37-acre site will include 135,000 SF of boutique office space, along with a 22-story, 345-unit apartment high-rise, and 12,000 SF of street-facing restaurant space.

This event is $25 and is exclusively for Young Guns with an active 2024 TREC membership. Space is limited.
