Join us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the 2022 Young Guns Community Investment Project, the 1401 Lenway and 3302 Cleveland quadplexes. The project is part of the Dallas Catalyst Project and was completed in partnership with St. Philip's School and Community Center. The ceremony will take place at 1401 Lenway, and light refreshments will be served.
TREC's Young Guns completed the project with proceeds from the group's annual fundraising event. Renovations at the two quadplexes included landscaping, lighting, signage, fencing, and parking lot improvements.
