To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) program, we are pleased to introduce the Class of 2026!

For three decades, the ALC program has prepared hundreds of emerging commercial real estate executives to take greater strides in their careers and the Dallas community.

Each year, class members participate in a series of monthly educational programs, undergo personalized leadership training with an executive coaching firm, and complete an impactful community investment project.

PODCAST: 30 Years of ALC With 2026 Class Chair Alex John Jr.

Through ALC, class members form lifelong friendships and business connections. Graduates often reach the highest levels of the commercial real estate industry – with many going on to found their own companies – and join an exclusive and extensive alumni network.
