Gaglardi is also president of Northland Properties Corporation, Canada’s largest family-owned hospitality company with a portfolio that includes Sandman Hotel Group, Sutton Place Hotels & Resorts, and several restaurant chains. He became the sixth owner in Stars franchise history on November 21, 2011. The team reached the Stanley Cup Final during the 2019-20 season and is currently second in the Western Conference with 72 points.
