On Wednesday, the Dallas City Council will be briefed on a draft Park Land Dedication Ordinance (9:00 a.m., City Hall, Room 6ES). The Real Estate Council, led by its Public Policy Committee and Green Working Group in consultation with PAC and Executive Committee, has worked over the last year to review the draft policy and offer feedback to City staff. We are grateful for the input of so many members on this proposed policy that is significant to our industry.
