The Real Estate Council Political Action Committee (TREC PAC) announces its endorsement of eight incumbent candidates in the upcoming Texas State Legislature elections.
TREC PAC selected its candidates for endorsement based on each candidate’s continued understanding of TREC’s vision of building a world-class, livable North Texas, and promoting long-term economic growth and their prior support of legislation impacting those priorities.
The list of TREC PAC-endorsed candidates include Sen. Nathan Johnson, Senate District 16 (D-Dallas); Rep. Justin Holland, House District 33 (R-Rockwall); Rep. Matt Shaheen, House District 66 (R-Plano); Rep. Jeff Leach, House District 67 (R-Plano); Rep. Giovanni Capriglione, House District 98 (R-Southlake); Rep. Venton Jones, House District 100 (D-Dallas); Rep. Morgan Meyer, House District 108 (R-Dallas); and Rep. Angie Chen Button, House District 112 (R-Richardson).

Early voting for the primary election begins Tuesday, February 20 and concludes Friday, March 1. Election day is Tuesday, March 5.
