On this episode of TRECcast, we sit down with Jessica Stroud (Stream Realty Partners) about the 2024 Associate Leadership Council (ALC) class project, which benefited the ongoing Dallas Catalyst Project: Mill City.
Jessica served as project manager for the class’s renovation of a former church building into a new headquarters for the nonprofit Zan Wesley Holmes, Jr. Community Outreach Center (ZWHJCOC), which offers educational programs, workforce training, and job placement opportunities to help lift young people and families out of poverty.

Jessica and the rest of the class will join Zan Wesley Holmes officials in cutting the ribbon on the new facility on Friday, December 12.
