Congratulations to the Associate Leadership Council Class of 2021, which graduated today during TREC’s year-end board meeting! Through the 10-month leadership development program, the class grew in its knowledge of our city and its institutions, received personalized executive coaching, and partnered with Cornerstone Baptist Church to construct a commercial kitchen in the Forest District neighborhood.
“I applied to ALC to know more about our community. You just get to learn so much about Dallas,” said class member Estrella Carter. “There’s inspiration, and I think that is the point of each class day. You feel inspired to give back. You feel inspired to be a part of something bigger than us.”
