Young Guns Casino Night, TREC’s premier spring networking event for young commercial real estate professionals, returns this May with a groovy disco theme, benefiting TREC Community Investors and the 2023 Young Guns Community Investors Project!
When is it?
Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
How can I get tickets?
Online registration is open through Tuesday, May 2, at midnight. Tickets are $95 for members and $110 for non-members, plus a 3.25 percent credit card fee. Tickets will be available at the door as well for $130 plus a 3.25 percent fee.
Where will the event take place?
The International, located in the Design District at 150 Turtle Creek Boulevard, #107.
How about parking?
Self-parking and valet are available at The International, but we encourage the use of rideshare apps. Compliments of our luxury rideshare partner Alto, guests can receive $10 off two rides (total discount value of $20) for Casino Night guests. To redeem, download the Alto app and use the promo code TREC23 under Promotions on your Profile tab. Once added, your credit will automatically apply to your rides. The offer is valid for Alto members on May 4, 2023 only.
Nearby street parking will be available as well, though guests should NOT park in the lot directly across the street, as it is part of Bowlounge. Check out a parking map of The International here.
What’s the dress code?
Black tie optional (but encouraged). Cocktail attire – meaning dresses/skirts for women and slacks and a jacket for men – is also acceptable.
How does the gaming work?
Upon checking in, all guests will receive a gambling chip that can be used for table games. Chips won can be exchanged for raffle tickets that guests will use to win prizes graciously donated by our members and sponsors. Buyback opportunities will be available, but cash buybacks will not be permitted. Additional raffle tickets will be sold for $5 each, two for $10, or four for $20.
Will food be served during the event?
Appetizers will be served and we will order pizza as the night progresses. Beer and wine will also be served, but please drink responsibly.
