Our Young Guns ushered in a NEW ERA with this year’s Casino Night!
More than 400 TREC members and guests gathered at River Edge on Thursday, April 16, for our largest annual networking and fundraising event for young commercial real estate professionals.
Proceeds from Casino Night benefit the 2026 Young Guns Community Investment Project, which will be a renovation of the playground area at the DISD Paul L. Dunbar Learning Center. It is the second partnership with the learning center in as many years, as the 2025 Young Guns project team is constructing a new STEAM lab at the school.
Both projects are being completed as part of the ongoing Dallas Catalyst Project: Mill City neighborhood revitalization initiative.
