Join us for a virtual conversation with Darren Woodson, managing principal at Cresa Global, Inc!

A three-time Super Bowl champion and five-time Pro Bowl selection, Woodson joined ESPN as an NFL analyst and was on the air for 14 years as part of Sportscenter, NFL Live, and network coverage of the Super Bowl, NFL Draft, and NFL training camp. He later entered the real estate industry and brings his innate leadership skills and passion for creating winning strategies to Cresa, where he is involved with the firm’s vision, growth, and strategy for the Texas region.

During this conversation, Woodson will discuss:

  • His successful transitions from the NFL to ESPN and now to commercial real estate
  • His insights on leadership and building winning teams in both football and business
  • His philosophy on overcoming challenges
  • His emphasis on the importance of diversity in his company and the commercial real estate industry

    Hartzell is currently the president of the University of Texas at Austin. He will join SMU effective June 1.
