Congratulations, Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2022!

Congratulations to the members of the Associate Leadership Council Class of 2022 who graduated during Friday’s year-end board meeting! Throughout the last 10 months, the class grew in its knowledge of our city and its institutions, networked with Dallas’ top business and political leaders, received personalized executive coaching, and renovated the Kathlyn Joy Gilliam Museum and Learning Center for its community investment project.

“There are not other leadership programs that are as specific to people’s career as we have in this ALC opportunity,” said class member Joshua Rogg, of Talley-Riggins Construction Group, LLC. “There just aren’t opportunities like that out there, so I would fully encourage people that are in real estate and if you’re looking for a way to grow in your leadership capabilities, this is really a good place to plug in.”
