ALC Class of 2027 Pre-Application
Thank you for your interest in the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2027!
ALC is our premier leadership development program. For more than 30 years, the ALC program has prepared emerging DFW commercial real estate executives to lead their companies and serve the Dallas community.
Completing the pre-application below is the first step toward acceptance into the program. Candidates must also submit a full application (opening Monday, November 2), commitment form, two letters of recommendation, a brief introductory video, and headshot.
The ALC Class of 2027 will be selected by the ALC Steering Committee. We recommend candidates attend our ALC Meet & Greet happy hour on October 27 and meet with Steering Committee members as you complete your application materials.

Application Requirements
- Candidates must submit all application materials by their appropriate deadlines
- Candidates must commit to attending monthly program days and community investment project workdays
- Accepted candidates must have active 2027 TREC membership prior to first program day
- Program cost is $6,900

- October 7, 2026: Pre-Application Opens
- October 27, 2026: ALC Meet & Greet Happy Hour
- November 2, 2026: ALC Application Opens
- November 11, 2026: ALC Meet & Greet Coffee
- December 4, 2026: ALC Applications Close
- January 22, 2027: ALC Class Selected
- January 27, 2027: Candidates notified
