Congratulations to the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2026 Steering Committee!

Comprised of the class chair, vice chair, and 10 additional program alumni, the ALC Steering Committee reviews all applications and determines the makeup of the incoming class across industry specialization, corporate representation, gender, and ethnicity.

Alex John Jr. will chair the Class of 2026, while Corgan’s Jill Ibison Vessels will serve as vice chair.

Though it is customary for candidates to meet with Steering Committee members during the application process, it is not a requirement for the Class of 2026. Instead, candidates are asked to submit an introductory video along with their application and two letters of reference.
