A former TREC chairman, Holt founded Holt Lunsford Commercial in 1993. The company, whose lines of business include development, leasing, property management, and investments in the office, industrial, and retail sectors, manages and leases a 70 million square-foot portfolio in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston. It has developed or acquired over 10 million square feet through its investment company, Frontier Equity.
