Join us for our final information session about the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2026 ahead of the program’s 30th anniversary next year. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with program alumni, meet with Steering Committee members, and learn more about what our premier leadership development program has to offer.
Please note: Attendance at this event is not mandatory for candidates to be considered for acceptance into the program.
Candidates must submit a digital application, a brief introductory video, and two letters of reference to be considered for the ALC Class of 2026. Application materials are due by end of day on Friday, January 9, 2026. You can submit your application here.
The Industry Insights series is offered exclusively to Investor-level members. Members can only attend ONE session in the series. Each session focuses on key industry trends and market updates.
Join us for an exclusive discussion on recently enacted commercial real estate tax laws. With the changing tax landscape and the One Big Beautiful Bill, tax is now a business imperative, not just a below the line expense. Taxation for the business and the owners can be at odds. Therefore, knowing the alternatives can aid in tax planning and remove stress between the business operations and ownership.
Speaker:
Doreen Griffin, Market Managing Principal, Grant Thornton
Registration is $20 and includes lunch. Space is limited.
Please note that this event is exclusively for Investor members. To learn more about this and other Investor-level benefits, you may contact to TREC Senior Director Jennifer Schmiel.
Our final Young Guns About Town event of 2025 will be a tour of The Galatyn! Located a block from the Katy Trail near Knox Street in the Upper McKinney District, The Galatyn reflects a unified vision of symmetry, craft, and quiet luxury.
With 56 luxury residences – including two penthouses – averaging more than 2,700 square feet, The Galatyn features formal foyers, expansive living areas, 12-foot-deep terraces, and dedicated service kitchens with secondary appliances. Primary suites include dual closets and spa-inspired baths, quartzite stone finishes, brushed brass details, wide-plank hardwoods, and integrated Sonos audio.
Amenities include a pool with water features, an infrared sauna, fitness center, greenhouse lounge, private library, resident cocktail bar, full-service valet, dedicated concierge staff, and pet relief areas on every floor.
The Galatyn was developed, designed, and built by StreetLights Residential.
Please note: Attendees must wear closed-toed shoes and proper attire for a construction site to participate. Your safety is our top priority, and you will be asked to leave if you are not dressed appropriately.
Following the tour, we will meet for happy hour. A location will be distributed to attendees in a “Know Before You Go” email. Your first drink is on us!
Tickets are $30. Space is limited to 30 guests.
This event is sold out. If you’d like to be placed on our waitlist, please contact Emily Ballentine.
